Stanley Hayes is a founding principal of Hyman Hayes Associates, and has over 38 years of architectural project experience within the healthcare, science/technology, and commercial markets. Stanley's focus is on programming, conceptual planning, and technical detailing as well as providing general project and design oversight for our healthcare design team.

Myles Hyman is a founding principal of Hyman Hayes Associates and has over 35 years experience in healthcare, science/technology, and commercial projects. Myles focus is on planning, programming, and schematic design for Healthcare projects as well as providing general project and design oversight. As managing principal Myles is the driver behind the firm’s commitment to quality, customer service, and sustainable design.

Dave Loucks is the managing principal of Hyman Hayes Associates with over 20 years experience in the design and management of institutional, governmental, commercial, and residential projects. Dave is responsible for management of design teams including: client interaction, meeting project schedule and budget, producing high quality construction documents, and construction administration supervision.

Justin Pechar is the Director of Structural Engineering for Hyman Hayes Associates. Justin has over 20 years experience in the field of structural engineering, and has provided design and project management for several new construction and renovation projects.

Michael Dobereiner has nearly three decades of experience in the design and management of institutional, governmental and commercial projects. Recognized for strong communication and project management skills, Mike produces high quality project documents and construction phase services.

Fred Franko brings over 30 years of experience with institutional, governmental, commercial and residential projects. Fred leads, promotes, and encourages HHA’s design efforts, ensures consistency with development of project-specific design solutions, and broadens the firm’s design presence.

Alessandro Renzi is an Associate with almost a decade experience specializing in technical design and detailing construction documents for a wide range of commercial, healthcare and laboratory projects. Alex is responsible for design implementation, overseeing construction document preparation, consultant coordination and construction phase services. Alex is a LEED accredited professional and oversees the firm’s LEED project efforts.

Rabia Shinaishin has over 11 years of experience on a wide range of commercial and institutional projects. Her responsibilities range from the earliest stages of planning through project completion. In her work at HHA Rabia is charged with balancing the design aesthetic with the practical needs of the Owner, in conjunction with the coordination of engineering and code requirements necessary to bring a project from pre-design through to owner occupancy.

Lisa Boyer is a well experienced project manager with over seven years experience specializing in technical design and detailing construction documents for a wide range of commercial, healthcare and laboratory projects.

Margaret MulCahy is a licensed architect with almost a decade of design experience. Margaret has built a well-rounded knowledge base in the design, documentation and construction administration of architectural projects. As a senior project manager she is involved in all phases of our projects, from programming and design to design development, construction documents and through construction phase services.

Jeremy DeLaBruere has over 13 years of experience specializing in technical design and detailing of construction documents for a wide range of healthcare, commercial, and government projects. Jeremy has the ability to manage all phases of an architectural project from the conceptual design phase through to the construction administration phase.

John Link is a project manager with over 6 years of experience. John has a wide range of project experience in the fields of commercial, healthcare, science/technology, higher education, and residential projects. John's responsibilities have included meeting the project schedule and budget and for producing high quality construction documents.

Javier Portocarrero Roa has over a decade of experience for public and private clients. Javier's project experience includes commercial, institutional and governmental architectural and consulting projects. Fluent in both Spanish and English Javier has participated in community and municipal planning.

Jared Shue is a project manager with over six years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. Jared’s responsibilities include code research, design, drafting, and project coordination in all phases. Jared also brings experience from commercial construction management on high-rise residential, hospitality, and government projects.

Angela Ryason is a graduate of the school of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She has been a valued member of the HHA team for several years. Her primary area of focus has been healthcare and institutional work. As a project manager her responsibilities include work on projects from early phases of design through the end of construction.

Zachary Webber is a project manager with over 7 years of experience. Zach has a wide range of project experience including concept and schematic development, construction documents, building information modeling, daylighting analysis, and computer rendering for residential, commercial, healthcare and higher education projects.

Paul Urban is a project manager with over 5 years of experience. Paul has a wide range of Architectural experience including; Conceptual design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Bidding, and Construction administration for commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and residential projects.

Krystal Ang started with HHA as a Co-op student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and joined the firm full time following graduation, She is challenge driven and recognized for creative, conceptual and analytical talents; exemplary work ethic and management/team skills.

Kristen Houghton graduated with a Master’s in Architecture from Norwich University and will be responsible for the development of new construction and renovation projects in healthcare facilities.
