The complexity of this project from both a programming and logistics standpoint was a significant challenge. Managing the unique and complex aspects of this project on a daily basis became the foundation during construction to ensure the project was successfully completed.

Dave is the managing principal of Hyman Hayes Associates with over 20 years experience in the design and management of institutional, governmental, higher education, commercial, and residential projects. Dave is responsible for management of design teams including: client interaction, meeting project schedule and budget, producing high quality construction documents, and construction administration supervision. As managing principle, Dave is also responsible for strategic planning, human resource management and business development for the firm. As a LEED A.P. Dave is also actively involved in the firm’s sustainable design efforts and also assists with the firm’s technical and best-practices knowledge base.
