Justin is the Director of Structural Engineering for Hyman Hayes Associates. With over 20 years experience in the field of structural engineering, Justin has provided design and project management for several new construction and renovation projects. In this role Justin is responsible overseeing the structural engineering department at Hyman Hayes Associates. Additional responsibilities include firm wide financial management and project scheduling. Justin has expertise in design and detailing of steel and masonry buildings, and forensic structural investigation and in troubleshooting existing structures. He has diverse project experience including work in healthcare, higher ed, K-12, technology and municipal projects. Justin is passionate about promoting the field of structural engineering and the innovation thereof, through practice, mentoring and presentation opportunities.
