Zachary Webber | Project Manager

Colonie ASC, LLC

Through the use of 3D modeling and BIM software I was able to bring together an accurate representation of the architectural, structural, and mechanical elements in one place. This process allowed the design team to detect and address multiple conflicts and potential construction problems prior to project kickoff. I believe that I added an additional layer of design consideration and coordination to this project that allowed the design team to avoid several post-bid plan changes.
