Approximately 80% of Hyman Hayes Associates’ work involves renovation, addition, and fit-up projects. As a result, we are well versed in the special needs of renovation projects and how best to manage these projects. Healthcare, Commercial and Cleanroom Building Renovations present a much larger challenge than a new stand-alone building because of the need for extensive coordination, the need to verify and design around existing conditions, and the need to be thorough and detailed in planning and coordinating the interconnection of new work to existing conditions. We also understand the challenge of working in an occupied environment and have completed many projects which required numerous phases to allow for minimum disruption to other activities. With this specific experience, we have gained a knowledge base that allows us to make informed decisions and is at the core of our successful project performance.
