The ability to provide new construction services is a great responsibility for an architect to the Owner, the community, and the environment. A new structure should provide an appealing aesthetic in an environmentally conscious manner for both the occupants and their neighbors, while effectively serving its intended function. HHA offers new construction services, proudly adhering to these principles with a team of architects, engineers, and designers involved from initial schematic design through construction administration. We approach each project differently to deliver a well-designed and coordinated product because each project’s challenges are unique. Our work involves careful planning and consideration of both the Owner’s needs and goals as well as the new building’s place in the community. Attention to scale, material selection, and the surrounding built environment play an important role in the design process, together with a thorough analysis of the site and environmental factors that affect the building and its occupants. HHA’s acclaimed new construction portfolio is continually growing due to the creativity, knowledge, and expertise of our design team.
