Jay has over 35 years of experience in Healthcare, Municipal, and Commercial projects.
As an award-winning architect, he manages the client’s projects with passion, expertise, creativity, and adaptability.
Jay has managed some of the largest Healthcare projects in New York State - just to highlight a few:
- $550,000,000 million Vassar Brothers Medical Center Hospital Expansion;
- $50 million Ellis Hospital modernization;
- 100,000 sf Risdon AMS World Headquarters;
- 150,000 sf Albany County preservation/modernization of historic courthouse while courts remained open
