Project Details:

The goal of this project was to expand dental and behavioral health services in the Arbor Hill neighborhood of Albany, New York. The project was constructed in two phases and required careful coordination as both sites were within occupied facilities. The gut renovation of 6,000 square feet medical office space made way for the new 12-chair dental facility at 900 Lark Drive. This phase was completed first to relocate the original dental clinic from 920 Lark Drive. The second phase renovated the original dental clinic to provide a 3,500 square feet Behavioral Health suite and executive conference room at 920 Lark Drive. Hyman Hayes provided architectural, structural, interior design, and construction administration services for the successful project. Hyman Hayes also provided Department of Health documentation and coordination from the schematic phase through construction.
